When Éloi decided to buy his apartment, he knew exactly what he was looking for: a bright, quiet property located on a high floor — and above all, a place to live that was both elegant and functional, in which he would feel good every day. Welcome to his house.
The 54m² apartment, well oriented and bathed in light, offered a great base to work. But to meet the requirements of a contemporary lifestyle, the entire space has been redesigned with a clear objective: to reveal its full potential.
Result: a large convivial living room with open kitchen, designed to receive comfortably, with optimized circulation between the various spaces. The project, driven by the client's taste for clean lines and noble materials, was structured around a soft palette — beige, light wood and vegetable notes — with a deep green selected with care, a real favorite of Éloi.
Very attentive to the symmetry and harmony of the volumes, Éloi followed the various stages of the construction site with interest, while appreciating not having to manage the technical complexities.
Since the walls were not always straight, real precision work was carried out to respect the lines he had in mind. The kitchen, for example, was designed and custom-made, with solid oak facades and a worktop perfectly adjusted to the geometry of the place.
Finally, the bathroom was designed as a wellness area in its own right. The generous volume of the shower, combined with a soft atmosphere combining polished concrete and light wood, evokes the interiors of seaside hotels. A feeling of vacation... without leaving Paris.
Nestled in the heart of the 18th arrondissement, Jules Joffrin cultivates a typical Parisian charm, between lively neighborhood life and village atmosphere. Around the 18th century town hall, sunny terraces, food shops and small confidential addresses punctuate daily life.
Here, we are a few steps from Montmartre, without suffering from the tourist turmoil. The quiet streets, punctuated by ancient facades, appeal to families as well as young professionals. Well served by lines 12 and 4, the district combines authenticity, accessibility and quality of life — a balance that is rare in Paris.
