What are the steps of an all-in-one project at Maison Kyka?

Maison Kyka offers a tailor-made all-in-one experience to find, design, renovate and decorate the property of your dreams. This is divided into four stages: The real estate hunt: support in the research and negotiations to buy your property. Architectural design: design of your living spaces, taking into account your desires and tastes in terms of interior design. Carrying out the work: monitoring and managing the work on a daily basis, ordering materials and furniture, ordering materials and furniture, managing deliveries. Custom-made furniture and carpentry: choice of furniture (anticipated from the design phase), creation of tailor-made joinery.

How long does a Maison Kyka project last?

Once your offer has been accepted, you start your first appointments with your dedicated interior designer to launch the design phase of your project. How does the search for the property take place?

The search for your property starts as soon as you sign the Maison Kyka search mandate. Your dedicated real estate project manager will select properties with high renovation potential and present you only the best and most suitable for your project. We offer an average of 3 and 5 properties before finding the rare pearl. At each visit you are accompanied by your advisor who brings you all his expertise. Once the property is found, we make every effort to negotiate it and assist you in drafting the offer as well as preparing your file, until the final signature of the authentic act of sale.

What are the key criteria that you take into account to find the rare pearl?

How does the design of a project take place?

The design of your property with our architecture studio is finalized before the signing of the authentic act of sale, which allows the work to start the next day. So the conception lasts a maximum of 3 months. It includes 4 appointments with your dedicated interior designer to create the property of your dreams, select materials and furniture and design custom joinery.

When does the design phase start?

Once the offer for your property has been countersigned, your real estate project manager sends you a style questionnaire and introduces you to your dedicated interior designer. The first briefing appointment takes place approximately 15 days after that.

Do you have an in-house studio?

Yes, our interior designers work in our internal design studio, which allows perfect coordination with all the stakeholders in your project.

What is the level of customization of the design?

Renovation

Who organizes and monitors the construction site?

Our renovation project managers ensure the smooth running of your work and its proper execution. He or she is presented to you when your design brief is finalized.

How does the renovation phase take place?

The duration of your renovation varies according to the size of your property. On average, our projects last between 3 and 6 months. You are invited several times to visit your property under construction accompanied by your renovation project manager.

When does the work start?

The work begins as soon as your authentic act of sale is signed. Before that, your renovation project manager informs the condominium trustee by email when the work has started.

How does site monitoring take place?

You can follow your work directly from our Maison Kyka online interface. It gives you a complete view of the progress of your site and your renovation project manager regularly integrates photos.
