Accustomed to buying and renovating by themselves, this time they wanted to spend some time. With the imminent arrival of their baby, there is no question of managing the work themselves.
Their criteria were precise: beautiful volumes, large living space for entertaining, Haussmannian charm and a strategic location, both to take full advantage of their favorite neighborhood and to ensure a serene resale.
From the first exchanges, Cléa, their real estate project manager, was able to identify their expectations. In a month and a half, she found them this superb 95 m², entirely to be renovated, on which they had a real crush. And to perfect this project, a daring negotiation allowed them to save €50,000, definitively sealing the evidence of this new home.
A Haussmannian enhanced with elegance
To restore this apartment to its original brilliance, the studio has carefully worked on every architectural detail. Restored moldings and picture rails, bright white paint to magnify volumes and luminosity, all enhanced by noble materials: walnut, travertine and Taj Mahal granite warm the whole with subtlety.
The double living room, designed as a real reception space, is divided into two areas: an open kitchen with dining room, ideal for sharing good meals, and an ultra-welcoming living room, dominated by a majestic curly velvet sofa, all in roundness and comfort. In the center, a travertine coffee table, echoing the strong materials that punctuate the apartment.

The Haussmannian charm extends into the corridor leading to the bedrooms and the bathroom, where every detail has been carefully preserved.
In the master bedroom, the original fireplace regains all its splendor thanks to the complete renovation of its period mirror, the central element of the room.
As for the baby's room, it was designed as a real cozy cocoon, combining softness and serenity, ready to welcome this little princess in a delicate setting.
The iconic detail
Sometimes a piece of furniture is much more than just a decorative element. Offered by his aunt several years ago, Raphaël's vinyl furniture was a precious keepsake, which he wanted to incorporate into the apartment.
To give it the space it deserves, the layout of the living room was designed around it. Sofa, light, television: each element has been adjusted to create a harmonious and balanced space, where this object so dear to Raphaël becomes a real showpiece.
