Stéphanie and Julien have just returned to France after spending ten years abroad. They want to find an exceptional property to create a cozy nest in their image. Between their very demanding work and the disappointments with the properties they visit, finding the ideal residence is a real obstacle course. It is by discovering Maison Kyka that their real estate dream comes true. Welcome to them.
It is by listening to her customers carefully that Cléa, real estate project manager, realizes the essential: their need for space and light. From then on, it makes a careful selection of properties located on the top floor, with the possibility of designing exceptional services.
She gives Stéphanie and Julien a tour of this 172m² penthouse, complete with its 135m² terrace, who remain captivated by the potential of the apartment. As a result, the couple quickly positioned themselves and purchased this property, beginning the design phase at our studio.
Designed as a luxurious nest bathed in light, this apartment perched on the 7th and top floor of a 1960s building takes on the accents of a sixties loft. In the living rooms, the raw lines of the furniture dialogue with the timeless chic of the stone fireplace and the marquetry slabs.
In the kitchen, the studio opted for strong materials, in a brutalist spirit enhanced by elegant details. Here, the worktop is custom made from 100% recycled materials. The terrazzo floor plays on shades of brown and beige in a graphic spirit. The terracotta claustra, for its part, was made in a seventies and Mediterranean style.
The children's rooms are separated from the master suite. The studio played with colors and wallpapers to offer different worlds. Linen flower for the first, whose softness is complemented by a wallpaper with cheerful colors and lines. Pêche cancan for the second, with its wallpaper with poetic floral patterns. At the end of the hall, there is a spacious bathroom with shower and bath. A sublime glass roof made to measure by Fany Glass was installed above the bath. Created in a modern style between the New York loft and the 1930s, it allows light to enter with delicacy.
The master bedroom, for its part, invites you to dream softly thanks to its animal prints, fluffy fabrics and deep shades.
Inspired by the Hotel Brach designed by Philippe Starck, Stéphanie and Julien wanted to find this warm and generous atmosphere at home. True epicureans, aesthetes and urbanites, they found themselves in this lively atmosphere. Maison Kyka has therefore given pride of place to warm colors, raw and natural materials and to the creation of tailor-made carpentry to accumulate small objects here and there in a collecting spirit.
A small gem nestled between the 6th and 15th districts, Saint-Placid offers a living environment that is both peaceful and effervescent. A stone's throw from Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Le Bon Marché, this district combines elegant shops, discreet passages and gourmet addresses. Ideal for those looking for the charm of the Left Bank without the tourist hustle and bustle, Saint-Placid seduces with its authenticity and timeless Parisian spirit.
