A storyOf passion and ambition
After an experience abroad, Pierre Jasnin, founder of Maison Kyka, returned to Paris in 2015. Frustrated by the constraints of renting and driven by the desire to build a real home, Pierre Jasnin made his first real estate purchase, with his partner. Together, they renovated this apartment by rethinking each square meter: careful design, ultra-optimized layout, remarkable living comfort. The objective? Create a place in their image, both functional and aesthetic, where every detail contributes to the well-being of daily life.
Driven by this passion for real estate and renovation, Pierre Jasnin continued this momentum, multiplying purchase and renovation projects over the years. Each project reinforced his expertise, as well as that of his partner, perfecting her mastery of interior design and the optimization of spaces.
It is this solid experience and this quest for excellence that gave birth to Maison Kyka: a company based on passion, expertise and a deep desire to support those who dream of finding — and designing — the ideal property.
