One visit and everything speeds up. Anton's project was launched very quickly thanks to the expertise of his real estate project manager who was able to meet the expectations of his client from the first property offered. After a masterful negotiation, Anton acquired this 20m² Carrez studio under the roofs. Welcome to his house.
Although it had nice assets, such as the three new windows on the street or the oak floor, Anton's home also had many flaws. A poorly positioned kitchen, a very narrow and poorly functional bathroom or even a predominance of brown, the whole thing needed to be reviewed.
Our studio has completely redesigned the spaces, in particular by placing the bedroom where the bathroom was initially positioned, thus creating an intimate alcove. An idea that immediately appealed to Anton.
The apartment was customized by the studio in a perfect blend of complementary colors. Warm browns, an enveloping blue-green that become vibrant when in contact with black and white.
As soon as we enter, we are enveloped by the blue Sarah Lavoine from Ressource. This same color that can be found in the bedroom, complemented by graphic wallpaper and enhanced by delicate details such as gold appliques.
The living room, for its part, was designed in lighter and patinated tones, giving a feeling of volume. This is accentuated by the wooden floor, entirely painted white and oriented towards the windows of the apartment. The kitchen for its part is erased thanks to the studio's choice to paint it entirely black, while bringing depth to the space.
A chocolate wallpaper from La Maison Bineau, with its original and graphic pattern. It is a real favorite for the owner, who dreamed of animal wallpaper.
Bastille is a neighborhood that never sleeps. A former symbol of the French Revolution, it has metamorphosed over the centuries to become one of the most vibrant and eclectic neighborhoods in the capital. Straddling the 11th and 12th districts, it embodies the very essence of a vibrant, artistic and ever-changing Paris.
